chorui halim has always been passionate about children. They grew up taking care of the children in their community as well as working as a freelance supplemental educator for well over a decade. They are in their late 20s with 2 children of their own. Their own experience with child abuse, disability, feminist and LGBT issues, and racial marginalization convinced them of the need to develop a holistic approach to understanding children's oppression. chorui is a former NASA engineer taking a sabbatical until January 2026 to focus on causing problems.
